Salary: base salary + bonus + five risksResponsibilities:
1.Formulate the sales strategy specific sales plan and sales forecast for the area in charge, and ensure that the sales target and plan ofthe company are fulfilled on schedule.
2.Collect all kinds of market information and timely feedback to the company as the basis for decision-making; regularly
report the
performance of the current month to the immediate leadership and report the progress of the performance.
3.Reporting market expansion plan regularly, reporting network changes of dealers and retailers in time, analyzing the reasons andproposing solutions.
4.Reporting the promotion cost budget regularly, comparing with the annual cost budget, analyzing the reasons and proposingsolutions, and communicating timely in view of the changes.
Job requirements:
1.College degree or above,preferably with agricultural education background.
2.Experience in agricultural marketing or promotion, with excellent market development,customer communication, customer serviceand other capabilities. Having practical experience in channel construction and project sales planning.
3.Be good at handling and maintaining the relationship with customers, and be able to fulfill the sales tasks set by the company.4.Work conscientiously and diligently, bear hardships and stand hard work, have a sense of team work, high comprehensive qualitycan often travel.
5.Proficiency in various office software and familiarity with Internet.
